PL1/K1 Mobile induction loop amplifier

Art. no: IT PL1/K1

The ITPL1/K1, is such a mobile induction loop which is very simple to use, it does not require any installation procedure.       It has a buil-in microphone which converts the received signals immediately and transmits them through the magnetic field to the hearing aid, so the hearing injured people can completely understand all the sentences and the sorrounding noises of the environment is kept away. This device is very good for accessibility provision of banks, meeting rooms, cashiers etc.

Integrated switch off timer (can be set for 10, 30 or 60 mins.) helps to prevent the battery run out in case of the switch on status is forgotten. Instead of the built-in microphone it is possible to connect an external one. There are status signal lights which inform us about the correct operation.

The PL1/K1 is an ideal solution for small talks and conversations at smaller desks or counters so it is very useful in banks, post offices, smaller meeting rooms, reception desks, open area situated offices and ticket selling cabins. The device is battery operated, one button usage and has a nice formation.  This appliance is a compact one, its weight is only 1,2kg. Thanks to its electronics the signals arriving through the microphone of the device are processed continuously, and those signals which arrive from a farther distance are amplified so that the magnetic field can provide the hearing aid with an equable field strength. The appliance can be used for frontal talkings. It is developed for such situation when the position of the talking person and the hearing injured who is wearing a hearing aid are facing to each other.

The induction amplifier generates the magnetic field in a circle with a radius of 2m providing 400mA field strength which is in line with the internationally accepted directive of the magnetic ield strength of the induction amplifiers. The person who is wearing the hearing aid does not have to be in direct connection with the device. It is enough that he/she switches the hearing aid on the ’T’, telephone spool position when he/she sees the accessibility pictogram on the front of the device and he/she will be able to hear the talkings transmitted through the magnetic field.
